Description

A rich and smoky twist on classic deviled eggs, featuring crispy bacon and smooth mayonnaise, making them an easy crowd-pleaser for any gathering.

Ingredients

For the Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs (Make sure they are firm.)
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (Cook until crispy for best texture.)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Adjust to make filling creamy.)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (Provides a subtle bite.)
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar (Use for balance.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (Adjust seasoning as needed.)
  • Chopped chives for garnish (Adds fresh flavor.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon.

Assembly

  1. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Garnish with chopped chives and additional bacon if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Do not freeze deviled eggs. For a little extra color, sprinkle chives on top before serving.
