Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Carrots (Peeled and cut into sticks.)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the carrots with maple syrup.
  4. Wrap strips of bacon around each carrot stick.

Cooking

  1. Place the wrapped carrots on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the carrots are tender.

Notes

Let any leftovers cool and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat under the broiler or in a hot skillet for best results.
