- 2 cups Cheddar cheese or cheese blend (Shredded for better melting.)
- 1 cup Crispy bacon crumbles (Cooked until crispy, can use pre-cooked bacon.)
- 4 tablespoons Green onions (Sliced thin for garnish.)
Dipping Sauces
- 1 cup Sour cream (Optional with a pinch of salt.)
- 1 cup Ranch dressing (Alternative dip option.)
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on the sheet pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip halfway through baking.
Assembly
- Allow the tater tots to cool slightly. Thread 5-7 tater tots onto each skewer without packing them tightly.
- Place the skewers back on the sheet pan and sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles.
Melting & Serving
- Return the skewers to the oven for 2-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.

For extra crispy skewers, bake tater tots first, then assemble. Serve immediately for the best texture.
