Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Alternatively, you can preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the marinated chicken for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
