  • 1.5 pounds Potatoes (Cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 4 teaspoons Avocado oil (Can be substituted with olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (Adjust to taste)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt (Adjust to taste)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus.
  3. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, potatoes, avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, pepper, and salt. Toss until everything is coated evenly.

Cooking

  1. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
