Description

These Italian Grinder Sliders are a quick and satisfying dinner, featuring layers of deli meats and melty provolone cheese, topped with a buttery herb mixture and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Slider buns (Use regular or Hawaiian slider buns.)
  • 4 oz Salami (Pre-sliced for convenience.)
  • 4 oz Capicola (Can substitute with extra ham if preferred.)
  • 4 oz Ham (Thinly sliced.)
  • 8 oz Provolone cheese (Pre-sliced for easy layering.)

Butter Herb Mixture

  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted.)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (Fresh or dried.)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the salami, capicola, and ham evenly over the buns.
  4. Add slices of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic powder, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.

Baking

  1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Wrap any leftovers tightly and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven or in a skillet to maintain crispiness.
