Description

A refreshing, no-bake dessert featuring watermelon rounds topped with a creamy yogurt layer and fresh fruits.

Ingredients

For the Base

  • 1 large Seedless watermelon (Cut into thick rounds)

For the Creamy Layer

  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Thick Greek yogurt (Strained if runny)
  • 2-3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (For sweetness)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Optional)

For Topping

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, raspberries, or mango) (Choose whatever looks best)
  • Chopped nuts, granola, or toasted coconut (For crunch)
  • Fresh mint, basil, or edible flowers (For garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Slice the watermelon into rounds, about 1 inch thick, then cut each round into wedges like a pizza.
  2. Pat the top surface dry with paper towels to help the creamy layer stick.
  3. Mix the creamy topping by blending the softened cream cheese with the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the creamy topping on each watermelon wedge.
  5. Add fresh fruit and crunchy toppings, finishing with mint or zest if desired.

Notes

Chill the creamy layer before serving for better texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container, ideally without assembled toppings.
