Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 12 slices fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp grated)

  • Optional add-ins:

  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Herbal tea bag (green, chamomile, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a mug.
