Description

Quick and easy roll-ups made with ham, cream cheese, and pickles, perfect for snacks or lunches.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese (softened) (Let sit out to spread easily)
  • 4 slices ham (thin rectangular slices) (Use thin slices for easier rolling)
  • 4 small dill pickles (Pat dry if especially wet)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Spread about 1 Tbsp of softened cream cheese on each slice of ham, leaving approximately a 1/2″ edge on all sides.
  2. Place a pickle at one end of the ham slice covered with cream cheese and roll into a log shape.
  3. Slice the roll-ups into 1″ slices or leave whole for serving.

Notes

Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap or place in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 2–3 days. If the pickle is too long, trim it before rolling.
