For the Brookies
- 1 box Brownie Mix (Opt for your favorite brand for a quick recipe!)
- 1 batch Chocolate Chip Cookies (Use your go-to recipe or premade dough.)
- 1 cup Halloween Sprinkles (For that festive touch on top!)
- 2 Eggs (Room temperature for best results.)
- ½ cup Butter (Melted for the brownie mix.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Mix up the brownie batter according to the box instructions and pour it into the greased pan.
- Prepare your favorite chocolate chip cookie dough.
- Drop scoops of cookie dough onto the unbaked brownie batter and lightly swirl with a knife.
- Scatter Halloween candies or sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until just set and shimmery.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
Tips for baking soft and fudgy brookies: Never overbake. Use room temperature ingredients. Chill cookie dough for 20 minutes if possible and let brookies cool completely before cutting.
