- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (Alternatively, use pizza dough.)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (Add garlic powder for extra flavor if desired.)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit, placing a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Keep filling warm but not piping hot when stuffing to avoid leaking dough. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
