Description

A quick and easy 3-ingredient Oreo cake that can be made in the microwave or as a no-bake dessert, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the mess.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 6-8 cookies Oreos (regular or any flavor you love)
  • 1/4 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy) (Add more if the batter is too dry.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder (Just a small pinch for lift.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Crush the Oreos in a mug until you get fine crumbs with a few small chunks.
  2. Add enough milk to the crushed cookies to make a thick brownie batter.
  3. Stir in a small pinch of baking powder and mix well.

Cooking

  1. For the microwave method, pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 60 seconds, checking for doneness. If needed, microwave for an additional 10-20 seconds.
  2. Let sit for 1 minute before eating.
  3. For the oven method, pour the batter into an oven-safe ramekin and bake at 350°F for 10-14 minutes.

Notes

For a no-bake option, mix crushed Oreos with milk and chill for at least 30 minutes. Perfect for flexible dessert styles.
