Description

This creamy and fluffy Easter No Bake Jello Pie is perfect for a festive dessert without the hassle of baking. With vibrant colors and cheerful flavor combinations, it’s sure to delight at any spring gathering.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 crust graham cracker crust (store bought or homemade)

Filling

  • 1 box Jell O (3 oz, pick your flavor) (various colors can be used for layers)
  • 1 cup boiling water (to dissolve the gelatin)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip) (about one tub)

Optional Toppings

  • pastel sprinkles
  • jelly beans
  • mini eggs
  • fruit (sliced strawberries, kiwi, or mandarin oranges for topping)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. If using a store bought crust, place it in a pie dish. If making your own, press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the pie dish and chill for at least 15 minutes.

Mixing the Filling

  1. In a bowl, stir the Jell O powder into 1 cup boiling water until it is fully dissolved. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly pour in the slightly cooled gelatin and mix until well blended. Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.

Layering and Chilling

  1. Pour the filling into the chilled crust. Cover lightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to set properly.

Garnishing

  1. Once set, garnish with optional toppings like whipped cream swirls, mini chocolate eggs, sprinkles, and fresh fruit before serving.

Notes

This dessert is make-ahead friendly; it is best served chilled. If adding layers, ensure each layer is set before pouring the next to maintain distinct colors.
