Instructions
Preparation
- Blend your base ingredients (cucumber, zucchini, Greek yogurt) until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with honey if necessary.
- Add lime juice and mint, then blend again until mixed.
- Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for about 10-15 seconds.
