- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (Use sparingly, as it has a strong flavor)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (For sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (Optional, for extra tang)
- 1 clove garlic (Freshly grated or minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (Fresh is best, powder is fine if needed)
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha or red pepper flakes (Optional, for heat)
- water warm water (To thin out the dressing)

Preparation
- Add 1/3 cup peanut butter to a bowl.
- Whisk in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil.
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, 1 small grated garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
- If desired, add sriracha a little at a time (1 to 2 teaspoons).
- Add warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking until it reaches your desired pourable consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Notes
This dressing can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 5 to 7 days. Whisk in warm water before serving if it has thickened. Perfect for salads, noodles, and as a dipping sauce.
