Instructions
Preparation
- Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly.
- Slice cucumbers into 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick rounds.
- Blot the cucumber slices with a paper towel if they appear wet.
- Spoon or pipe hummus onto each cucumber slice.
- Top with crumbled feta, sliced olives, and fresh herbs.
