Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with a fork and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
