- 2 cups Provolone or American cheese (Shredded)
Instructions
Cooking
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Thinly slice the ribeye steak and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Slice the bell pepper and onion, and add them to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture.
- Top with provolone or American cheese.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps.
- Grill the wraps in the skillet until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
