Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat your air fryer.
- Drain and pat dry the artichoke hearts.
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.
- Melt the butter and dip each artichoke heart into the butter, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place them on a baking sheet (or in the air fryer basket) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
Let leftovers cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to three days. Reheat in a 375°F oven or air fryer to maintain crispness. For freezing, freeze on a tray until solid, then store in a bag and reheat from frozen.
