- 4 large Potatoes (Washed and sliced thinly)
- 6 slices Bacon (Cooked until crispy)
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese (Shredded)
- 1 cup Sour cream (For serving)
- 1/4 cup Green onions (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (For tossing potatoes)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
- Toss the potato slices with olive oil and spread them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions and serve with sour cream.
Notes
For best results, ensure potatoes are dry before oiling. If you want thicker chips, adjust baking time. Serve on a big tray for a casual eating experience.
