Ingredients
Broccoli Mixture
- 1 head Broccoli (Cut into florets)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Mince for best flavor)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper (To taste)
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (Adjust for heat preference)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (For tossing with broccoli)
Topping
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated (Sprinkle before serving)
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut the broccoli into florets and place in a bowl.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl along with lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, and olive oil.
- Toss everything together until the broccoli is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
- Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and tender, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Cool leftovers to room temperature first, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and consume within three days. Reheat in the air fryer for the best texture.
