- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (Soften for easy mixing.)
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (For tang and extra creaminess.)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar (Plus extra for topping.)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 2 cups cauliflower rice or chopped steamed cauliflower (Optional for adding volume.)
- 2 cups broccoli florets or spinach (Optional for extra veggies.)
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds or extra cheese (Optional crunch topping.)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooked chicken. If using, mix in steamed broccoli, spinach, or cauliflower rice.
- Stir in most of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for the top.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the reserved cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes, if desired for browning.
Notes
For optimal creaminess, ensure cream cheese is softened, and drain excess moisture from vegetables. Let sit for 5-10 minutes after baking before serving.
