Description

These festive Cranberry Roll Ups are sweet, tangy, and perfect for holiday parties, easy to make ahead and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (Ensure it’s not straight from the fridge.)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins work well.)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (Or regular goat cheese for a tangier flavor.)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (Or chives as a substitute.)
  • 5 large flour tortillas (Flour tortillas are recommended for better rolling.)

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon honey (For a sweeter version.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (For a more savory flavor.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Ensure your cream cheese is nicely softened.
  2. Mix cream cheese with dried cranberries, feta, and green onions in a bowl.
  3. Lay out a tortilla, spreading the mixture all the way to the edge.
  4. Roll it up tightly, being careful not to let the filling ooze out.
  5. Wrap the rolls in plastic and refrigerate for about an hour until firm.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.

Notes

Use damp paper towels to warm tortillas for easier rolling. Chill rolls before cutting for clean slices. Serve cold for the best taste.
