Description

Easy and festive appetizer that combines creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and flaky crescent dough, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (The kind you whack on the counter)
  • 1 wedge brie cheese (Enough for about 24 squares)
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (Canned or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary (Or dried if in a pinch)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (Optional, but highly recommended)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into little squares.
  3. Push each square into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Place a chunk of brie into each dough square.
  5. Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and chopped pecans if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a moment before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly: Assemble in advance, cover, and refrigerate for up to a day. Can freeze uncooked for up to a month.
