- 1 cup Lump crab meat (Drain well if using canned.)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (Let soften for easier mixing.)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 pcs Green onions, chopped (Chop finely to blend flavor.)
- 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 pc Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
For Frying
- 20 pcs Wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying Oil for frying (Use enough to submerge the wontons.)

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, lump crab meat, garlic powder, green onions, red bell pepper, soy sauce, and the beaten egg. Mix until well blended.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle and seal the edges with water.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
Fry in batches to avoid crowding the pot for optimal crispness. Serve with a variety of dipping sauces like sweet chili or soy sauce.
