- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder (Mix into cottage cheese for flavor.)

- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with garlic powder.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the toasted bread.
- Top with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, and tomato sauce.
