- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Combine all of the vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar fitted with a lid and shake well to emulsify. You can also add them to a bowl and whisk together.
- Assemble all of the chopped veggies (romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, onion, and croutons) in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine everything together.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Toss gently to avoid bruising the lettuce.
Notes
Serve immediately after tossing. If making for a crowd, toss in a large bowl and serve family style. Store leftovers in an airtight container and eat within a day for best results. Keep components separate to last longer.
