- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (For coating.)

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, shredded carrots, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or walnuts until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap to store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. For a nut allergy, use crushed pretzels or seeds for coating instead.
