Ingredients

- 1 pinch flaky salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt, then add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
Cheesecake Filling
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add vanilla and sour cream, mixing until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
Apple Layer
- Thinly slice apples and toss with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour/cornstarch.

Baking
