A layered sandwich featuring turkey or chicken, crispy bacon, fresh avocado, tomato, and lettuce, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3 slices slices of bread (toasted) (Use your preferred type of bread.)
  • 3-4 slices slices of cooked turkey or chicken (Cooked and sliced.)
  • 3 slices slices of crispy bacon (Cooked until crispy.)
  • 1 avocado (sliced) (Thinly sliced.)
  • 1 slice tomato (sliced) (Sliced for layering.)
  • 1 leaf Lettuce leaves (Use fresh lettuce.)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (For spreading.)
  • to taste Salt and pepper (For seasoning the sandwich.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey or chicken on the first slice, followed by bacon, avocado, sliced tomato, and lettuce.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  5. Repeat the layering process for a second sandwich if desired.
  6. Cut the sandwiches in half and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right after cutting to keep the bread crisp. Store ingredients separately for leftovers and use avocado with lemon juice to slow browning.
