- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickles (Diced)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (Optional for non-dairy-free)
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (Mix with mayo, lemon, and garlic for creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (Optional for spiciness)
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (Optional for heat)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop sweet potatoes into cubes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and roast for about 20 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, adding salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard while cooking.
Assembly
- Once the sweet potatoes are golden and the beef is cooked, layer roasted sweet potatoes in bowls.
- Pile on beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and your favorite burger toppings.
- Add the sauce on top and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, try toasting toppings under the broiler or adding Worcestershire sauce to the beef. You can also prepare components ahead of time for quick meal assembly.
