Description

This Brazilian Mounjaro recipe blends apple cider vinegar, lemon, and ginger into a refreshing, tangy drink you can whip up in minutes. It’s bold, easy to customize, and surprisingly delicious—no fancy equipment needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • ¾ cup warm or cold water (adjust to taste)
  • Optional ½ teaspoon butterfly pea flower (for color)
  • Optional ¼ teaspoon yerba mate or camu camu powder
  • Optional ½ teaspoon raw honey or agave (for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemon and grate the fresh ginger.
  2. In a glass or jar, combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and grated ginger.
  3. Add water and stir well until everything is fully combined.
  4. Taste and adjust as needed—add more water to dilute, or a touch of honey to soften the flavor.
  5. Serve over ice or chill before drinking.
  6. (Optional) Add a pinch of butterfly pea flower or yerba mate for extra flavor and visual flair.

Notes

Want a fizzier version? Swap water for sparkling water.

Too strong? Add more water or a splash of herbal tea to mellow it out.

No fresh ginger? Ground ginger works in a pinch, but start small.

Adjust the lemon/vinegar ratio based on your flavor comfort zone.

Storage: Store in a sealed container or jar in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before each use.

Reheating: Not recommended to heat, as this is best served cold or room temperature.
