- 4 oz cream cheese (Let sit out to soften)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded (Or substitute with Monterey Jack for less heat)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish (Adjust according to taste)
- 4 tablespoons French dressing (Extra can be added for more zip)

Preparation
- Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and French dressing until well combined.
Cooking or Chilling
- For a hot dip, preheat oven to 350°F, transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, and bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- For a cold dip, refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
- Serve with toasted baguette slices, crostinis, crackers, or veggies.
- If served cold, let it sit for 10 minutes out of the fridge before serving.
- Add a lemon wedge on the side for brightness.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or microwave in short bursts, stirring in between.
