- 1 cup Tomatoes (Grape or chopped)
- 1 cup Cucumber (Chopped for extra crunch)
- 1 bunch Green onions (Sliced for flavor)
Instructions
Preparation
- Cook bacon until crisp, then cool and chop.
- Chop your lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop cucumber and tomatoes. Slice green onions.
- Add everything to a big bowl and toss in cheddar.
- Add ranch dressing a little at a time and toss. Adjust to taste.
- Top with bacon last so it stays crunchy.
