Preparation
- Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and optional sugar.
- Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and drain well, then add them to the bowl with the dressing.
- Toss to coat the cucumbers in the dressing.
- Add chopped green onions and mix gently.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your refreshing salad!
Notes
