Instructions
Preparation
- Pour one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass.
- Add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Fill with cold water (about 8 to 12 ounces).
- Stir well and sip slowly.
Adjusting Flavors
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or acidity, adding more honey or lemon if needed.
- Experiment with add-ins like cinnamon, cayenne, or ginger for added flavor.
Notes
Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Shake before serving as ingredients may settle. Drink one to two tablespoons per day, diluted in water.
