- 2 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/4 cup Chili sauce, sweet (Brings flavor and glaze.)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili oil (Adjust for less heat, if desired.)
- 1 tsp Chili powder (Optional for additional heat.)
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (Helps sauce adhere.)

Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, Brussels sprouts, garlic powder, ginger, sweet chili sauce, black pepper, chili oil, chili powder, kosher salt, and olive oil. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
Cooking
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is enough space for air to circulate.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time, until the chicken is cooked through and the Brussels sprouts are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a bright hit, serve with lemon. Rice, plain noodles, or yogurt can complement the dish. Cool leftovers quickly and refrigerate or freeze for later.
