Description

Quick and crispy air fryer mushrooms, perfect as a side or snack, with bold flavors and effortless preparation.


Ingredients

Mushrooms

  • 16 oz Button or cremini mushrooms, whole (Can use larger or sliced mushrooms, adjust cooking time.)

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs, dried
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika (Optional; can be replaced with regular paprika.)
  • to taste Salt (Add carefully; flavors concentrate as mushrooms cook.)
  • to taste Black pepper

Other Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (Used for garnish.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  1. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are crispy and golden.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Cool mushrooms to room temperature before storing. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use the air fryer or microwave.
