Ingredients
Mushrooms
- 16 oz Button or cremini mushrooms, whole (Can use larger or sliced mushrooms, adjust cooking time.)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs, dried
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
- 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika (Optional; can be replaced with regular paprika.)
- to taste Salt (Add carefully; flavors concentrate as mushrooms cook.)
- to taste Black pepper
Other Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (Used for garnish.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are crispy and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Cool mushrooms to room temperature before storing. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use the air fryer or microwave.
