Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a light swipe of ranch or your chosen sauce in the center, leaving the edges bare.
- Add cooked chicken, mozzarella, and any fresh add-ins like spinach or tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom up, pressing gently to seal.
- Brush or spray the outside lightly with oil or melted butter.
Cooking
- Place the wrap seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes at 380°F, flipping once halfway, until golden and melty inside.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
- Cut on the diagonal for serving.
