Fast, melty, and satisfying wraps with crunchy tortillas, juicy chicken, and stretchy mozzarella, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Wrap Basics

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded, diced, or sliced (Use rotisserie or leftovers for quick prep.)
  • 4 large Flour tortillas or preferred wrap base (Can use low-carb or gluten-free variations.)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, low-moisture, shredded (Soft and stretchy cheese.)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or melted butter (For brushing on the outside of the wraps.)
  • 1 pinch Salt (To taste.)
  • 1 pinch Pepper (To taste.)

Flavor Boosters

  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing (or any preferred sauce) (For spreading inside the wraps.)

Fresh Add-Ins

  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped (A healthy addition.)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes (Add for freshness.)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, sliced (Optional for flavor.)
  • 1/4 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled (For added crunch.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and spread a light swipe of ranch or your chosen sauce in the center, leaving the edges bare.
  3. Add cooked chicken, mozzarella, and any fresh add-ins like spinach or tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom up, pressing gently to seal.
  5. Brush or spray the outside lightly with oil or melted butter.

Cooking

  1. Place the wrap seam side down in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes at 380°F, flipping once halfway, until golden and melty inside.
  3. Let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
  4. Cut on the diagonal for serving.

Notes

You can customize these wraps with various sauces and add-ins. For best results, do not overfill to ensure they cook evenly and remain crispy. Great for meal prep, and they reheat well.
