Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 812 oz warm filtered water


Instructions

  1. Warm the water slightly—aim for soothing, not hot.
  2. Pour it into your favorite mug or glass.
  3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
